Are You Passionate?

If you have little or no success in work related situations, or in your home based business, your brick and mortar store, or your professional life, there is likely a reason behind it. People who enjoy success and happiness with work and business are no different than you–but they have something you don’t!
It’s passion. They are very passionate about what they do, and love it. They enjoy every minute of what they are doing, even the “hard to do” part, because they realize the outcome is going to benefit them in the long run. They have what it takes to succeed because they love what they do!
Do you love what you do? Are you passionate about it? Do you have more ups than downs in your business? If not, therein lies the problem, and the reason you have not seen success! Do you actually enjoy working toward your goal, or are you miserable and busting your hump just to get through the day, with no results to show for it? Hard work alone is not going to make one bit of difference if you hate what you are doing.
Have you been in business for a year, and your sponsor is still telling you to “fake it til you make it’? Get REAL! Chances are good that he doesn’t want to lose you as a recruit, so he won’t tell you the honest truth! This is NOT your business, it’s not your cash cow! You are likely in the wrong business altogether, but you don’t realize it, and your sponsor won’t tell you, on the off chance that he is making a few bucks here and there off your sales. Reality is, he is not doing you a favor, and you are not making one bit of difference in his income base…really! A recruit is only valuable if things are working out for them.
Don’t listen to empty promises forever–move on. You are not a “quitter”, you are simply looking for something you love….don’t stop until you find the right fit! Let’s assume you keep moving on with the same company for another year—-will you be in the same place in a year? Why not try something new, something you truly have a passion for? What can it hurt?
Now let’s assume that you understand that nothing is a “get rich quick” and work is part of the deal. Would you rather work hard at something you love, or work hard and be miserable? I know what I would choose!
Make the choice, get off the pot (so to speak) and start researching opportunities that you know you will love. Find out what makes you happy and enthusiastic! Love what you do, or do what you don’t-it’s that simple!
